FInalized ! After adding upper taskbar support substyles i believe this theme is finally complete. EVERYthing is skinned !

UPDATED Ive just updated Vectra with Substyles containing clear start panels as opposed to the ones with the Vectra branding.

When I first decided to create this theme, I was going to try and make something that no one has attempted before, a real 'SPLASH', so I racked my brains (and I do mean racked..) for some ways to really take advantage of the capabilities that WB5 offers. Most noticeably I suppose are the taskbar\taskbar buttons combination. Make sure you lock your taskbar to take full advantage of how I designed it. Also try using some different walls, you'll see what i mean if you do. Secondly I designed it so that the close button is the entire Windows flag, you can click anywhere on the flag to close a window. I find it pretty intuitive once you get used to it. Special thanks to my friends Lightstar, Meshugga, Bob, Mike, Zoomba, GreenReaper and last but NOT least Adam Najmanowicz for helping me through these past weeks, without whose help I would never have made it.
