Polaris WB for Win7 Vista XP

**Update**

I have updated Polaris for use in Windows 7.

I'm pleased to present Polaris WB for XP and Vista.

This is a medium to dark theme designed for ease of use and especially night time use. 100% fully skinned as usual and inspired by my father who was a submariner for many years on the British Polaris class nuclear subs.

There are 2 start button substyles and matching skins will be along shortly and there are two wallpapers in the zipfile.
